Refund and Returns Policy

Overview: A Practice in Conscious & Intentional Buying

Please make sure that you have no misgivings or doubts about a service or item before purchasing and that you are not making any impulse buys, as my shop has a strict ‘no-returns’ policy and a limited refund policy.

To avoid purchasing an item or service that may not be in your best interest, I recommend the following:

  • Pay attention to the doubts or fears that come up when you are considering making a purchase. If you are afraid something won’t end up fitting or working for you, do not purchase it (unless it is a risk you are willing to take). If you are doubtful of a service or item’s helpfulness, do not purchase it.
  • You can try to avoid an unnecessary ‘impulse buy’ by not indulging the desire to make a purchase the moment you get the urge. Instead, sit with this desire for at least a few days. If the desire to buy was an unnecessary impulse, you will either completely forget about making the purchase or you may notice that the desire itself has gone.
  • If the same desire to purchase an item or service comes up on at least three separate occasions, then you are likely being guided to it for a reason. If it is fear and/or doubt that is holding you back from making the purchase, please feel free to reach out to me via the Contact form linked at the bottom of the Shop page. I will do my best to address your points of concern so that you can make an informed and confident decision.

All sales from A Brujx’s Wardrobe are final. Items are sold as-is and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Replacement requests for damaged or defective items purchased from Shaman’s Salve must be submitted within 7-days of item delivery.

Refunds may be issued for some services purchased from Edeli’s Magia, though canceled appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will not be refunded.

Exchanges & Reschedules

Items purchased from A Brujx’s Wardrobe are single stock (meaning there is only one of each available) and cannot be exchanged or replaced. I will do my best to point out any imperfections on item posts. However, in purchasing [pre-owned] items from the shop you are acknowledging the possibilities for small defects.

Items purchased from Shaman’s Salve are only replaced if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, you must submit a ‘Replacement Request’ via the form linked at the bottom of the Shop page within 7-days of delivery. You will need to submit proof of purchase (a receipt) and an image of the damaged/defective item(s). Once your request is processed and approved, you will be sent an email confirmation and a replacement item to the delivery address provided with the original order.

Spiritual service appointments, workshops, and event passes (for ‘Meditate w/ Me’ or an ‘Areito’) purchased from Edeli’s Magia may be rescheduled if the need presents itself, though new appointment and meeting times are subject to availability. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours prior to the original meeting time, though last-minute rescheduling may be granted in extenuating circumstances (on a case-by-case basis). To reschedule an existing appointment, workshop, or event, please submit a ‘Rescheduling Request’ before your scheduled meeting or event time.

Refunds & Cancellations

I do not issue refunds for apparel and goods purchased from A Brujx’s Wardrobe or Shaman’s Salve. If you have any doubts about the efficacy or ‘fit’ of an item, my advice is to refrain from purchasing it.

All no-shows relinquish the full cost of the service they paid for.

Aura clearing and healing sessions (1-on-1, Mediating, and Group Sessions) purchased from ‘Edeli’s Magia’ may be refunded completely if appointments are canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled meeting time. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the meeting time may be refunded but are subject to a 30% cancellation fee.

The travel fees paid for [requested] in-person appointments are non-refundable.

Refunds for cord cutting rituals may be issued if appointments are canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. However, due to the preparation required of these rituals, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged for canceled appointments. Cancellation notices less than 24 hours before the appointment time may be refunded but will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Prayers, tarot readings, sigil commissions, workshops, and one-time passes (for ‘Meditate w/ Me’ or an ‘Areito’) are non-refundable. However, workshops and passes can be reissued for attendance on a different date if a ‘Reschedule’ is requested before the start of the event.

To request a cancellation, please fill out the ‘Cancellation Request’ form linked at the bottom of the Shop page or send me an email at am.y.v@outlook.com. Once your request is received and processed, you will be sent an email notifying you about your refund.

Refunds may take several days to be processed and will be issued to the original form of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within two weeks of request and approval, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact me via the Contact form linked at the bottom of the Shop page or send me an email at am.y.v@outlook.com.
